Children and Youth
Family Friendly Services
All 9am services are family friendly. There
is a kids' spot and children light candles in the service.
There is a children's corner set up with
toys, colouring activities and reading books to keep younger children
absorbed.
Cuddle bags are provided for toddlers.
The whole service is colourfully projected on to the
overhead screen, so no need to fumble your way through
books.
Baptism & Confirmation.
If you would like to have your child
baptised, or confirmed, please contact the office to arrange
for a meeting with the parish priest. This can be in your home
or at the church at a time that suits the family. We look
forward to welcoming you into the St Columba's Church
Community. Adult baptisms and confirmation can also be
arranged. A sugested donation for Baptism is $200.
Special Sundays
Children are always welcome and we hope you can join us at
the 9am service on special occasions such as the anniversary
of baptism or birthday.
